How does Boudoir Photography boost confidence?

What blows me away most, however is that from all these different walks of life there seems to be similar obstacles that all women have met, are going through or have endured… For example, the challenges of juggling motherhood, work, significant others, and there is a clear thing in common: all of these titles and roles in life leave us, as women, with life very little time to appreciate ourselves. And let’s not forget those women who, for whatever reason… The blunt reality is that putting yourself toward the bottom of the list leads to low esteem, low confidence and low self worth.

“How many roles do you have?”

Parent; worker; child; lover; friend; sibling…

It’s interesting that in the 21st century, especially in the last ten years, there has been a huge movement to visually represent our lives. Social media is the common link to this notion and, since lockdown, how many of us have chose to give someone a call via video, rather than “phone to ear” so that they can see just how we are and what we are doing.

Here’s a question for you though, if you chose to visualise your day to day life, with it’s various roles, would you project the things that create positivity or the roles that may feel slightly less “main stream” or socially acceptable?
